Arequipa City Tour

In the afternoon, visit Carmen Alto and Yanahuara viewpoints for views of Misti, Chachani, and the city, then continue to the Cathedral, Compañía de Jesús cloisters, Santa Catalina Convent, and Arequipa’s historic center.

Arequipa - Chivay

Depart at 8:00 through Yura Valley, visiting Pampa Cañahuas in Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, the Pagodas, and high-altitude grasslands with possible birdlife. Continue to the Volcano Viewpoint and upper Colca Valley before descending to Chivay.

Colca Canyon

Optional hot springs visit in the afternoon. Overnight in Colca.

Cruz del Condor

After breakfast, drive to Cruz del Condor for views of condors soaring above the canyon.

Colca Valley Villages

Then visit Pinchollo, Achoma, and Yanque, with stops to see ancient colcas, tombs, and other pre-Columbian remains.

Return to Arequipa

After lunch in Chivay, return to Arequipa and transfer to the hotel.

Departure

Transfer to the bus terminal or airport. (D)
